By accessing our online store (shop.khairulbayan.com), placing an order on our website, or confirming an order via our official WhatsApp channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, and account holders of Khair-ul-Bayan Enterprises.

2. Product Authenticity & Natural Variations

Khair-ul-Bayan guarantees that all honey products (including Sidr, Acacia, Special Berry, Ajwain, and Multi Floral) are 100% pure, raw, cold-extracted, and free from any added industrial syrups, sugar feeding, or chemical preservatives.

Natural color tones (ranging from pale golden to deep reddish amber) may exhibit slight seasonal variations depending on the regional flora and microclimate of the harvest.

3. Pricing & Ordering Process

• All product prices displayed on the store are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / ₨).
• Prices are subject to revision without prior notice based on seasonal crop yields and packaging inflation; however, confirmed orders are locked at the price stated at checkout.
• We reserve the right to verify orders via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch to confirm address authenticity.
• If an incorrect phone number or incomplete address is provided, the dispatch may be placed on hold until verification.

4. Shipping, Courier Delivery & Timelines

• Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of verification.
• Standard door-to-door courier delivery across major cities of Pakistan (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.) typically takes 2 to 4 working days. Remote or rural areas may take 4 to 6 working days.
• Standard delivery charges apply as stated during checkout, unless a promotional "Free Delivery" threshold is met.
• Tracking numbers will be provided via SMS/WhatsApp once the parcel is handed over to the courier partner.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide for the convenience of our customers. When placing a COD order:

• The customer agrees to have the exact cash amount ready upon delivery rider arrival.
• Per standard courier regulations in Pakistan, parcel inspection is allowed after payment hand-over.
• Repeated or intentional refusal of verified COD parcels without valid reason may result in address blacklisting for future orders.

6. Transit Damage & Replacement Guarantee

All honey is packed in hygienic, food-grade glass jars cushioned with premium bubble wrapping and sturdy corrugated boxing to withstand courier handling.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Due to strict food hygiene and safety standards, opened or partially consumed honey jars cannot be returned for resale.
• If you receive an incorrect product variety or size differing from your order confirmation, notify us within 3 days for an exchange at zero additional delivery cost.
• In case of an approved refund, funds will be transferred via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or direct Online Bank Transfer within 3 to 5 business days.

8. Customer Conduct & Intellectual Property

All logos, product descriptions, images, graphics, and brand trademarks associated with Khair-ul-Bayan Enterprises are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or misuse of brand assets is strictly prohibited.
